Another week, another weird smoothie. This could be called the Nuts, Dark Chocolate and Cinnamon Smoothie, but I would be ignoring half of the ingredients, so I’ll call it the Dark Woods Smoothie.
- oatmeal (cooked with water)
- broccoli (2 florets)
- cauliflower (2 florets)
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- mixed nuts – almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts (handful)
- dark chocolate (4-6 squares)
- cinnamon (1 tbsp)
- soya milk (~200ml)
